WHAT TO EXPECT

Contents restoration is a multi-stage process, which works closely with the insurance carrier adjuster and contractor, amongst other service providers. We will provide expert guidance on what can be safely and thoroughly restored in consultation with you, the client, to determine what can and should be cleaned versus what to replace, while keeping within your policy limits.

 

ON SCENE:

• We assess the loss and provide an estimate to the insurance claims adjuster for all contents services.

•  We then document and photograph each room and individual item, prior to removing any contents, to allow for an inventory to be created for items that cannot be cleaned/restored.

 

PACK OUT:

• Once all contents are documented, we carefully pack and professionally transport your personal belongings to a secure facility.

• Cleaning / Restoration:

• Upon arrival to our facility, we proceed with cleaning and restoration, including smoke deodorization in a pressurized ozone chamber.

• Storage:

• We store all contents in a private, climate-controlled environment until the physical property has been rebuilt.

 

PACK BACK:

• Once reconstruction of the property is complete with clearance to return, we pack back all items to the owner.

• We will unpack and unbox all items and set up furniture as we found it.
